The service department at Rob Sight Ford is great. I took my car in for an oil change while it was there the rear taillight needed to be changed. I appreciate how quickly my car was ready. My service adjuster David and Bruce are both very efficient. I would like to add I really appreciate receiving the "Ford Vehicle Report Card" it is very helpful in revieing what was inspected on your car and what might have issues down the road. We ordered a new Explorer knowing that it would take some time considering supply chain issues and such. The folks at Rob Sight were very honest about the time it would take and did a great job keeping us up time considering supply chain issues and such. We finished the paperwork today and they did a great job explaining the documents and what options we had. We have bought many cars over the last 30 years and this may have been the easiest, no pressure process of them all. I won’t buy a Ford anywhere else. More
