Impressive customer service, my first experience here. I phone shopped prior to making an appointment here and was impressed with Craig's service prior to my arrival. Then throughout my service at Rob Sight I was educated and informed of the proceedings. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and made us feel welcome but not patronized. I know I have now found a genuine service outlet where I can feel confident in a fair and honest experience. BTW I have been in customer service myself for 25 years. More

Brought in my daughter's 2002 Ford Focus for repair. Within 2 hours, they called me, and had diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition coil.
