For $44, this dealer gave our newly-purchased 8-year-old car a thorough check in addition to an oil change and tire rotation. I went in to see the new cars . I wondered if a Lincoln was as good as a Caddy. And what fords there were that were fuel efficient. I'm a GM person. Brought in my daughter's 2002 Ford Focus for repair. Within 2 hours, they called me, and had diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition coil. Then throughout my service at Rob Sight I was educated and informed of the proceedings. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and made us feel welcome but not patronized. I know I have now found a genuine service outlet where I can feel confident in a fair and honest experience. BTW I have been in customer service myself for 25 years. More
