This is my first Lincoln and I was not familiar with how to update the sync functionality. Jeff went to great lengths to understand exactly the kind of car I wanted and needed. He patiently answered all of my questions and offered to bring the new car to my workplace while taking my former car to of car I wanted and needed. Because my former car had been in a minor accident, I was concerned about getting it fixed and dealing with my insurance company, BUT he did all of that for me! He carefully explained all of the new car's features, which was tremendously helpful. I'm still unsure how he picked it out for me -- it is truly a great car for me. The man in the loan department was also very helpful and kind. People who work at this dealership are all friendly -- they smile and say hi. In the service department, the people are helpful and good to work with as well. For instance, Roger, who changed the oil in my previous car, quietly came in after that job was done and told me he would park my car for me so that I could continue negotiating the price of the new car. The dealership is clean and located in a nice area. Jeff is the best salesman I've ever worked with, and I am extremely impressed with his skill at understanding what his clients want in a vehicle. I really like this dealership and their service department. Have used them since 2007 when I purchased my F150 King Ranch from Used Cars. Since I had just purchased the used vehicle with an extended warranty, I brought it in to get the paint and interior protection package completed that I had also purchased. Everyone seemed genuinely excited that I had traded in the vehicle that kept me at the the dealer at least once a month or every other month. The vehicle was ready when promised and it even got washed. I have been back since for an oil change and they discovered that the rear brakes had not previously been inspected for the vehicle safety check. That problem will be fixed free of charge thanks to the general manager. It just goes to show that you try to make things right. Thanks to Craig for telling me that they could get the oil change done on short notice as I had taken off work early to go play golf. They had the car ready in time for me to go shoot one over par. Actually this was a return trip to the dealership. I initially came in on May 11, 2011 for service, lube, oil & filter change and tire rotation w/customarily multi-point inspection. When I went on my trip, I experienced a sort of bounce in my steering wheel. Didn't think to much of it at the time but would look into when I returned. Then I went on a shorter trip 200+ miles, I hear a noise coming from either my tires or wheels, so I made an appointment to have it checked out. What we discovered was the technican had inflated the tires to 40 lbs. rather than the recommended 35 lbs. I han't thought to check the air pressure in my tires, since I check them regularly and find the amount of tire pressure does not vary from the 35 lbs as recommended, even in Winter. More

They always greet me by name, and do their best to make what could be a painful experience as palatable as possible. There are a lot of "shady" dealerships out there. However Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln/Mercury is the best dealership experience I've had anywhere, without question! More

In the three+ years of dealing with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln, I have never been dissatisfied with the attitude, service and per for at least 15 years. In the three+ years of dealing with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln, I have never been dissatisfied with the attitude, service and performance of its employees. They are very friendly and the service has always been excellent. Some family members have suggested that I could get the same service for less at a non-dealership service shop. My assurance is that by using the dealership that carries the Ford product I lease at the time, whether I'm in a local or out-of-state need, the attention, repairs and over-all service results in a great experience!
