I am new to the area and brought my vehicle in for service today and was extremely pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism of all staff encountered at this dealership! Erik Davidson was extremely helpful and explained the process of my repair in depth and should be commended on an outstanding job! The repair was accomplished in a timely manner and the dealership (service area as well as the showroom and waiting area) were spotless. Parts that were ordered by Andy Cox arrived the same day and were installed. Price was as expected and my overall experience with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln was far superior to other dealerships I have encountered. If in the area when I purchase a new vehicle, I will definitely try to purchase from this dealership. I will also highly recommend the dealership to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you again. This is my first Lincoln and I was not familiar with how to update the sync functionality. After my service call, Craig found a thumb drive and completely walked me through the steps of updating my sync se to update the sync functionality. Jeff went to great lengths to understand exactly the kind of car I wanted and needed. He patiently answered all of my questions and offered to bring the new car to my workplace while taking my former car to of car I wanted and needed. Because my former car had been in a minor accident, I was concerned about getting it fixed and dealing with my insurance company, BUT he did all of that for me! He carefully explained all of the new car's features, which was tremendously helpful. I'm still unsure how he picked it out for me -- it is truly a great car for me. The man in the loan department was also very helpful and kind. People who work at this dealership are all friendly -- they smile and say hi. In the service department, the people are helpful and good to work with as well. For instance, Roger, who changed the oil in my previous car, quietly came in after that job was done and told me he would park my car for me so that I could continue negotiating the price of the new car. The dealership is clean and located in a nice area. Jeff is the best salesman I've ever worked with, and I am extremely impressed with his skill at understanding what his clients want in a vehicle.
