Salesman Jeff Hawkins was very through. He knew the cars and amswered all my questions. He suggested options I would like and had the expertise to show me why and also explain how to use all the sophisticat and amswered all my questions. Im an old guy, 73 years young and therefore a little slow in the electronic and computer age items. Jeff had me up and running right away. The pick up and paper work was painless and very efficient. Vehicle was ready to go when promised and I was made to feel it would be this way from this point on. I had occassion to stop by with a question a few days later and had Jeff and another service man were there to help me right away. I couldn't be happier with my vehicle or my dealer!!!!!!!!! Erik Davidson was extremely helpful and explained the process of my repair in depth and should be commended on an outstanding job! The repair was accomplished in a timely manner and the dealership (service area as well as the showroom and waiting area) were spotless. Parts that were ordered by Andy Cox arrived the same day and were installed. Price was as expected and my overall experience with Rob Sight Ford/Lincoln was far superior to other dealerships I have encountered. If in the area when I purchase a new vehicle, I will definitely try to purchase from this dealership. I will also highly recommend the dealership to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you again. This was truly great experience. Craig (service manager) was exceptionally friendly and professional.
