This was my first visit with my Escape. I've always dealt with Shawnee Mission Ford but have had to consider a change since I live in Missouri and need a state inspection every two years. So I have had to take my Ford to SMF for maintenance and somewhere in MO for inspection. This was my first experience with a dealership other than SMF in 20 years and I was pretty satisfied. My wife purchased her Mariner from Rob Sight and has been trying to get me to go to them for a long time. Guess I'll return in the future. I give this rating because they deserved it. An interesting nit: Apparently I will have to resort to time travel for my next recommended visit. The sticker says my next date for service is Jan 5, 2011. More
Was treated great. Prices on the repairs are very competative. And when the part they put in didnt work right, the service dept was prompt to set up a rental vehicle for me, as i have a 7 mo old baby competative. And when the part they put in didnt work right, the service dept was prompt to set up a rental vehicle for me, as i have a 7 mo old baby girl at home, and i needed a vehicle since my wife drives hers to work at night. And they were very informative about the times, and the repairs being done, and did a great job keeping me informed through the process. They advised that the second new part should be installed today hopefully, and will have my truck back soon. I drive for Lazer Towing also, and you will be a shop that i will keep on my list of referrals, for sure. Thank you again for everything, looking forward to getting my "baby" back. :) More

I purchased a 2012 Fusion from Rob Sight and it is the best car I have ever owned. I had previously owned a 2005 Escape which was serviced by Rob Sight and was truly impressed with the Service Manager, B best car I have ever owned. I knew I wanted to purchase a Ford Fusion and my son suggested that I go to Gary Crossley Ford to get it because he had purchased his 2010 Fusion from them. I decided that since Bruce Ginther was such a pleasure to work with that I should give Rob Sight a chance to sell me the Fusion. I had originally orderd a Fusion at the end of March but due to the tsunami in Japan they could not get the paint in the color I wanted. After discussing my options with Rich Poe I decided to wait until the 2012 Fusion was available and I could not be happier that I waited. The car is absolutely everything I wanted and the staff at Rob Sight are awesome. Michele was so helpful and walked me through all the awesome options on my car. She made the financing process so easy and had every detail covered before I had even walked in to pick up my car. I will be recommending this dealership to all my family and friends and actually I already did to our friends who were the first people to ride in my car. Truly a great experience on my purchase. The a/c shuts off periodically for no apparent reason. Service couldn't detect the problem; probably a sensor some where. I spent 2 1/2 hours there for a my first 5,000 mile oil change. I think this is outrageous. I can't help but think that somewhere in there someone overbooked. I talked to other clients who felt they waited too long, also. This did not happen at my old car dealership, so I know it is possible to get people in & out. I was told by one staff member that afternoon is better than morning, so next time I will try that. More
