The customer service provided by the employees in the service department was excellent. They made me feel very important and very appreciated as a customer. While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, I visited the showroom and looked at new cars for at least 15 minutes. During that time, my presence was never even acknowledged by a sales person. I saw a couple salesmen huddled in an office with the door closed but they appeared too busy to be disturbed by a customer. Your sales department needs to take lessions from the service department!!!
