Craig did a great job servicing my 2010 Mustang. This was my first visit to Rob Sight dealership and was very pleased with Craig's service and his attention to detail. Craig noticed some minor paint peeling near the rear fender and called ahead to the collision repair shop (Mark). The body shop got the car in right away and fixed the paint and buffed out a couple of spots to restore the finish. Great service! I will be back! I have been an MKS owner since the MKS model has been available. My first purchase was with Blue Springs dealer. Although very satisfied with vehicle, I did some searching among several Lincoln dealers a available. My first purchase was with Blue Springs dealer. Although very satisfied with vehicle, I did some searching among several Lincoln dealers and found Rob Sight to be the most friendly and helpful. I feel they want to serve their customers better that those local dealers I had searched out. Personally, I think I got a good deal (in line with what my purchase goals were) and Jeff always seemed to want to please. What minor service work had to done, was done most efficiently and any questions I had about the new vehicles were answered very well. These last two new MKS models (2010 and 2011) purchased through Rob Sight have had excellent care. I was most unhappy to learn that Ron Sight is no longer a Lincoln dealer. I still plan to remain a Lincoln customer, but am very sorry that I will not be dealing with this dealer. I believe Ford has given up a most loyal and appreciative dealer to the Lincoln customer group. More
