Took 2011 Mustang GT (purchased used from individual not this dealer) for an oil change. I'm very picky about nicks/scratches/etc. and discussed my concerns with the serivce department who understood and m this dealer) for an oil change. I'm very picky about nicks/scratches/etc. and discussed my concerns with the serivce department who understood and made sure my car was not parked in an area where any damage could occur. Also, they noted the car had the holes drilled out to put a license plate on the front (which I am not using), at no charge to me the color matched some plastic plugs and installed them in the front bumper which greatly improved the cars look. As I didn't purchase this from them, this was service above and beyond. As I'm in the market for another Ford soon, they will be my choice to buy from. Great service department and the sales folks that I have spoken with sound like pretty straight up guys also. More

Marc Sullivan Was amazing. He was very friendly and willing to go the extra distance to keep us happy and get us taken care of. My husband and I recently bought a used car from Rob Sight. We had an idea of what we wanted when we went in. I called ahead of time and spoke with Marc. I really enjoyed my experance with the service and sales part of the dealership. I called JD in service about getting the recalls done on my 2005 F-150 and that I was in the market of a new vehicle and he part of the dealership. Within 10 min. of arrival my truck was getting the recalls performe, the talking to Keith then test drove a 2012 fusion SE and Keith is really helpfull with all my questions and told me about the rebates and whai i could get with the X-plan. I will be back to the dealership in 1-3 weeks to get the ball rolling to get the keys to a 2012 fusion. Really like the dealership all together. I asked a couple people how they liked there fusion and one said the love it and when I get down to getting one to go to Rob Sight!!!!! More
