I thought the battery installed on the car, 2 1/2 years old, should not have been included in the Warranty (86000+ miles). A battery should be good for at least 3 years. The service staff at Rob sight Ford has been nothing but excellent. We drive around 200 miles each way just to have this team work on our mkx. I went to get an oil/filter change and tires rotated. I have been pleased so far with service but not this time. When my car was done, the windows were down. When I put the windows up, my car smelled of have been pleased so far with service but not this time. When my car was done, the windows were down. When I put the windows up, my car smelled of smoke, as if someone had smoked in my car. I had a hard time breathing, as I have asthma. I couldn't even let my kids in the car because of the horrid smells and the stench. I had to drive all the way home with the windows open and air on full blast in the car - needless to say, I was freezing going home because your disrespectful, ignorant, selffish people smoked in my car or smoked a cigarette and then immediately drove my car. If this happens one more time, I am done with this dealership and will let everyone I know know how terrible Rob Sight is as a dealership. Also, I usually get a quality report and a check on fluids, etc. I didn't get this it this time, yet my receipt said things were checked. So, as far as I'm concerned, nothing was done and I am skeptical about my oil change. My car also took 1 hour to complete - this is twice the time I usually wait - probably due to people smoking in my car. I expect an apology and a discount the next time I come for service. If I don't receive any word back on this behavior, I am spreading the word about Rob Sight- Sucks. More

From start to finish this was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. I started out looking at a 2011 Certified Used Edge at Rob Sight Ford in Kansas City, MO. that I had seen on the net. T experience I have ever had. I started out looking at a 2011 Certified Used Edge at Rob Sight Ford in Kansas City, MO. that I had seen on the net. The salesman, Keith Koenigsdorf, worked with me in a very low key way to point out the additional pricing incentives / benefits for a new 2011 Edge, which I ended up buying. Although the car I ended up with was not on the lot, Keith and the sales manager, Eric Frischer, were both very helpful in creating a way of getting down to the price I was willing to pay. Very non-pressured. The car was located, delivered to the dealership, prepped and ready for me within 2 days of when I called to tell Keith I wanted the car. When I picked up the car, it was immaculate, and waiting for me in a special part of the showroom. All features were demonstrated knowledgeably. The whole process took less of my time than any other car purchase I have made. The Edge, with its electronic dash and control features is the best car I have ever owned, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The Sync feature in particular is great, although Microsoft needs to work on some compatibility issues. I know from past experience that the service department at Rob Sight Ford does an excellent job also. All in all, Rob Sight Ford has provided me with a car buying / service experience that far exceeds my expectations. More
