(They said it would take 3 to 5 days to appear) but I wanted to let everyone know that you have "Good people/Great S service department on Cars.com. I expect to be treated fairly and with efficiency. I went on to say that if "something's not right -- Rob Sight service makes it right." I am very appreciative that you sent the shop foreman out to my house last week when my car would not start. Jeffrey Hawkins, Sales Specialist was the most curteous and competent sales person I have met in years. He is knowledgable of the cars and made sure that I was satisfied to the utmost before closing the de and competent sales person I have met in years. We were sad that they didn't wash the Suburban before they put the protective coating on the truck. Brought the Suburban in for oil change and to respray the protective coating. They always say "never buy the first car you test drive", but I had no hesitation the day I bought my new-to-me Jeep from Rob Sight Ford Lincoln. Upon entering the building, only there to "start" my drive", but I had no hesitation the day I bought my new-to-me Jeep from Rob Sight Ford Lincoln. Upon entering the building, only there to "start" my search, I met Marc Sullivan who took me directly to the car I'd found the night before on-line. He was as nice as could be and helped me feel 100% comfortable making the decision about my then "possible" new car. It had been 13 years since I'd bought a new vehicle, so I was worried it might be quite an ordeal. However, just a couple days later, I was more than happy with my decision to go ahead and purchase, which was helped by the no-pressure sale that was delivered by Marc and the good folks at Rob Sight. I was given all the good information I needed about the car, how to finance it, and time to sufficiently test-drive it, all before I even had to indicate I was even interested in buying it, which made it one of the easiest processes I've been though. And on a personal note, they also have a strong positive association with a local animal shelter I've volunteered with for over a decade, so that made me feel even more comfortable buying my new pre-owned car from them (we shared several fun personal dog stories!) I'm excited to know that I got my new car from a great place that I can call anytime in the future if I have any questions or concerns. I thought the battery installed on the car, 2 1/2 years old, should not have been included in the Warranty (86000+ miles). A battery should be good for at least 3 years. In fact other batteries I have had have had a 5 or 6 year warranty on them. I went ahead with the Ford battery however in retrospect considering the price I should have gone elsewhere. More

The service staff at Rob sight Ford has been nothing but excellent. We drive around 200 miles each way just to have this team work on our mkx.
