Service was informative to keep good maintenance on my car. I was provided a rental car so I didn't have to sit at the dealership for several hours. Purchasing a vehicle has historically been one of my least favorite tasks. I must say the team at Rob Sight Ford made it less difficult and less stressful. Also, Richard Schwegert, the Finance Manger gave outstanding service by promptly completing our paperwork and explaining options. The reason for the less than perfect scores, if the technician initially stated I needed new tires. The tires only have 31000 miles on them and when Craig went back and checked it again, they were in technician initially stated I needed new tires. The tires only have 31000 miles on them and when Craig went back and checked it again, they were in the green 7/32 - so had I listened to the initial feedback - I would have been out $1000 for tires and an alignment that I didn't need. More
