The reason for the less than perfect scores, if the technician initially stated I needed new tires. The tires only have 31000 miles on them and when Craig went back and checked it again, they were in technician initially stated I needed new tires. Dealings with dealership are always pleasant. High praise to the service department which I deal with approximately 3-4 times per year.
