I can't believe I got charged for tightening a screw that holds the battery stable in the trunk. Wouldn't have needed it if design had not been defective. Dave Bryant has always been my service provider and always does an excellent job. Dave was on vacation and I was handed off to Eric Davidson and I was not expecting the quality of service I had come to always does an excellent job. From the time we got out of our old car and into our new one, this was the most positive experience we've had at a car dealership. Win was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was very patient one, this was the most positive experience we've had at a car dealership. Win was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was very patient with us while we picked out several that we wanted to sit inside before taking a test drive. He never pressured us and respected our views when we said that a particular car was more than we'd planned on spending. Going into the Finance Department has always been a bad experience for us, as we've dealt with very pushy, money hungry finance guys and to have the GM, Rich Poe, as our finance guy for the day was an added bonus. He asked if we'd like to get an extended warranty and never got upset when we said that we weren't interested. Every person we came into contact with at this dealership was top-notch and even though it was a bit out of our way to drive there, was definitely worth the drive! We will definitely be back to Rob Sight! More
