Rob Sight Ford provided us with an extraordinary experience when purchasing a vehicle recently. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and some of our experiences with sales experience when purchasing a vehicle recently. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and some of our experiences with sales and financing personel have been downright painful. Both the sales process with Jeff Morton and financing process with Tony Wright were very quick and efficient. Jeff was superior at picking up on how we as customers like to do business. Everything went very smoothly from test driving the vehicle to price negotiations. In addition, Tony Wright got us in and out of his office very quickly and respected our wishes when we stated we were not interested in other offers. I would highly recommend Rob Sight Ford, Jeff Morton and Tony Wright to others who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

I called for the appointment a week before I needed to have the work done. I was able to pick the date and time of the appointment to fit my schedule. When I arrived for the appointment, Erik Davidson m have the work done. I was able to pick the date and time of the appointment to fit my schedule. When I arrived for the appointment, Erik Davidson met me and quickly checked me in. The service was completed before the estimated time for completion. The cashier was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. When I was ready to leave, I found that the car had been washed. My service experience was, in all ways, "Great." More

UPDATE:: I was since contacted by Win at Rob Sight Ford concerning the minor complaints I mentioned below. All things have been taken care of, and I again thank Win for all his efforts to make things right concerning the minor complaints I mentioned below. All things have been taken care of, and I again thank Win for all his efforts to make things right. He and Rob Sight Ford are terrific people to deal with! I can't say enough good things about Rob Sight Ford. We live in South Dakota. Dealers here are horrendous. Everything is WAY overpriced, and they want to steal your trade-in every time. That is, if they even WANT your trade-in. I've always compared buying a vehicle to getting a root canal. I HATE IT. But I have to say I've NEVER been treated better by a dealer IN MY LIFE (I'm 61!) than Rob Sight Ford. We drove 480 miles one way to buy a beautiful 2011 Chrysler Town & Country van from Win Glass at RSF that we found on the Internet. First, the price for the vehicle we bought was $5000 LESS than ANY comparable Town & Country in our area. I'll travel 960 miles round trip to save that much money any day. We left SD on Thursday, bought the T&C, and drove it home to S. Dakota on Friday. That gorgeous wash job RSF did to the T&C was spoiled by some very heavy rain we ran through in MO on the way back, but who doesn't need rain these days! It was fine in every respect, EXCEPT for four items. One, RSF's Service Dept. should've checked the tire pressures before we took it. The Tire Pressure Indicator lit up some distance down the road, (Good thing it works!), so I had to find a place with an air hose, which isn't easy today. Annoying, but nothing major. Two, it seems the front end is just slightly out of alignment, causing one tire to wear quite a bit more than it should have. I'm thinking RSF should've out the vehicle on their alignment rack sometime before putting it out for sale. The other three tires are very good. Three, it seems I have one tire slightly out of balance. Again, it's not a huge problem, but something I think SHOULD be checked on any nice used vehicle like this one, since none of these things are a major cost to a dealer. Last, the service sticker indicates the van was just serviced, but the onboard computer's saying an oil change is due. So, I guess I'll have to get the oil changed this week, too. If it had been serviced, the low tire pressures SHOULD have been found and corrected. Again, none of these things are earth-shaking, though the low tire pressures could've turned into something bigger if not found and remedied. The overall condition of the vehicle, however, is superb. Would I buy from Rob Sight Ford again? In a New York minute. In any case, minor problems are always fixable, and we are loving this new used Town & Country! AGAIN, I think Rob Sight Ford is head and shoulders above ANY dealer in my area here in South Dakota, and I'll recommend them to anyone, anywhere, anytime. More

This was a very good dealership. My fiance and I were very pleased with the employees that we got to work with throughout the entire time that we were there. Michael Cox was very helpful with trying to g very pleased with the employees that we got to work with throughout the entire time that we were there. The general manager was very helpful with our financing and we are very glad that we got to see him and not just a finance person. If i ever were to buy another car from a dealership I would try here again. More
