I was in the market for a new F150 truck, as was my close friend of 22 years. We decided we would shop 'together' to perhaps benefit a better deal. We chose 3 local Ford delaerships that were either recommended to us personally or that we chose. Rob Sight Ford was the 3rd and final dealer we visited with. I initially made contact with them via their websight regarding a truck on the internet. After getting put in touch with Eric and Gary, I made an appointment to come in and discuss the number even further. I was very pleased to do business with Eric and Gary, as they did not waste my time, try to 'wheel and deal' with me, or convince me that I needed to look at something else. They did everything within their guidleines to find the truck I wanted. They got me the best interest rate, payment terms, and options for the truck, not to mention, they found the truck I truly wanted...even down to the color! My friend was also impressed from my description of the transaction with Rob Sight and decided to work with Eric and Gary also. They found him exactly what he was looking for wtih all the options he wanted, too. When the trucks were delivered to Rob Sight, my friend's truck did not have running boards, which was a must. Eric and Gary quickly worked with him to have Ford factory running boards installed at an agreed outcome. Gary worked with both of us to educate my friend and I on the many options that the new trucks had installed on them. The trucks were SPOTLESS and filled to the top with fuel. Both trucks looked great and were ready to take possession of. Rob Sight, Eric, and Gary did a fantastic job from start to finish. WE will truly go out of our way to recommend this dealership and associates to others! We saw the truck we wanted on a Sunday. We called that Monday and told Michael we would like to test drive it. We went there that evening. Michael greeted us right away. We took it for a test drive.
