I bought my Acura from Rob Sight Ford and love it. Michael was friendly and very low pressure. I have bought several cars, and Tony is by far the easiest finance manager I have ever worked with. He was also respectful of the fact that I had young children with me. When my wife and I had to discuss the financing decisions, he left "his" office to allow us to speak privately. As with any used car buying experience, there is always the potential for an issue with the vehicle after the purchase. Unfortunately, I did have a couple of issues. Fortunately, Rob Sight Ford has an awesome general manager, Rich Poe. He personally took care of me. He was friendly, concerned about my issue, and apologized for my inconvenience (repetitively). Most importantly, he communicated with me frequently until the issue was completely resolved. In my opinion, this is the most important part of a car buying experience. Anyone can sell you a car. But, to make you feel comfortable with service after the sale... That shows the true essence of a dealership. Ultimately, I bought a great car, saved around two thousand dollars, and Rob Sight Ford went above and beyond, to take care of all of my needs.
