Roger was very friendly and accomodating. Service was relatively quick and I was advised that there was a problem that would be covered under my warranty including the rental car and I was able to set th relatively quick and I was advised that there was a problem that would be covered under my warranty including the rental car and I was able to set this service up to be completed the folling morning. The new guy wasn't very informative. I told him I wanted the oil changed, which with all of the other Service Advisors immediately translates to the Works package. this guy asked me if I wanted the tires r the oil changed, which with all of the other Service Advisors immediately translates to the Works package. this guy asked me if I wanted the tires rotated and a couple of other things. To which I said "isn't that part of the Works package?" He said, "Oh you want the works package". Also, when he came to the car, he didn't have his clipboard, wasn't taking down the mileage and the VIN etc while I was talking to him. If I have my choice in the future I will wait for one of the other Service Advisors to take care of me. More

Great, conscientious people. Work quickly and do good work. Parts department got confused re: which Ecoboost mass air flow sensor lead they had to order, which caused me to have to come back two additio work. Parts department got confused re: which Ecoboost mass air flow sensor lead they had to order, which caused me to have to come back two additional times to get my 5000 mile service completed. To their credit, their mechanic's spotted the lose pin and remediated the issue. But you always prefer that someone else's problem serve as the parts/service departments training aid. This is the only reason I downgraded them from 5's in quality and overall experience. From a service perspective they turned a problem into an opportunity to meet/exceed expectations. More

As always, had a great experience with Rob Sight! I have my F150 several yrs now, and things wear out sometimes. I can always count on Craig and the team to find the problems and let me know. This was the first time buying a car online. My daughter and I found the car she wanted online, sent a message from the website that we wanted more information. The next morning we received a call from Mic and I found the car she wanted online, sent a message from the website that we wanted more information. The next morning we received a call from Michael Taylor. He talked to us about the car and we told him what we were looking for and what financing we needed. He then took our application online and lined up the financing before we even stepped foot on the car lot. We test drove the car, decided we wanted it and within about 1 hour the car was ours. Awesome process and a great dealership. I have bought both new and used cars in the past. I was concerned about paying to much for a car from a dealership instead of a used car lot. However, I believe we received a good deal for this car. The car was also in excellent condition compared to some of the cars I have purchased in the past from other dealers. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. And the best part of all was dealing with the finance manager. Yes, I said it the "Finance Manager". Tony Wright has to be one of best/funniest finance manager I have ever dealt with before. He totally wrapped up this process for us. More
