Dave was great. I came in with a funny noise type of problem. The initial fix did not repair problem. Dave reversed the installed fix and determined actual problem. I bought a 2012 Focus and it only had 1 key. It cost me $294.00 to get a 2nd key. I feel like I should not have been charged any labor cost to get a 2nd key. Roger was very friendly and accomodating. Service was relatively quick and I was advised that there was a problem that would be covered under my warranty including the rental car and I was able to set th relatively quick and I was advised that there was a problem that would be covered under my warranty including the rental car and I was able to set this service up to be completed the folling morning.
