Michael Taylor was very patient and did everything he could to get me the car i wanted and made sure it wasnt sold before i could get it. I purchased my Ford Escape in July of 2012 - Marc Sullivan was outstanding. I have had two oil changes since - both times the service department was incredible. For both service visits I was in and Sullivan was outstanding. I have had two oil changes since - both times the service department was incredible. For both service visits I was in and out in less than and hour - even on a busy Saturday - everyone is extremely professional and friendly. I have complete faith and peace of mind having "Rob Sight" as my dealership. "Rob Sight" will always have my business - and because this dealership is so great - I will keep buying Ford products. This was the fourth vehicle buying experience I have ever had in my life and I can honestly say it is the only one I enjoyed! Gary, Jay and Tony made the car buying experience fun, and I couldn't have been had in my life and I can honestly say it is the only one I enjoyed! Gary, Jay and Tony made the car buying experience fun, and I couldn't have been happier with the final results!! I got exactly what I was looking for, plus some extras, for the price I was looking to pay. There was no hassling or haggling; just honest, helpful service!! It was truly a delight!! I tell everyone who asks about my car, that this is the place to go and these guys are the ones to work with!! Gary and Ty were very helpful in showing me how to use the features available in my car. Gary even came in on his day off to do it!! Sterling and his crew made sure it was clean and spotless!! As long as Ford continues to make a great product, this will be my dealership in the future!! It started off a great experience, I was dealing with Michael Cox and he was very helpful and sat me down to explain things. I took the car home for the weekend to check it out. I called the dealership Michael Cox and he was very helpful and sat me down to explain things. I took the car home for the weekend to check it out. I called the dealership on Monday to tell them I was going to purchase the car and would be paying cash, immediately after I said I was paying cash I was treated differently. I was given attitude and basically told that I would have to jump through hoops if I wanted to pay cash and that it would be better if I financed. When I got to the dealership to sign papers I was rushed around to sign everything only to sit for over an hour in the service department while they fixed a tire and "detailed" the car. Finally I was done and ready to drive home in my new car... or so I thought. I got in and they had just peeled the stickers off the windows and ran it through an automatic car wash. There was sticky stuff on the windows, they didn't even bother to vacuum, and the floor mats were still in the trunk. I quickly turned around and when I got there Michael was gone for the day... Christian was able to help me out and get my car cleaned up and ready for me all with a smile on his face. I also had a pleasant experience with Tony in the finance department. After all was said and done it was an "OK" experience thanks to Christian and Tony but I don't know that I would return to purchase another car. More
