Engine light came on, Kirk worked me in the next day. Erik advised car needed new brakes. I had a guarantee on the brake pads, and he would try to resurface the rotors if possible. I received an email from Tim Smith (I told them not to call me) made an appointment for early Saturday and he had it ready when I arrived. The car had been detailed to look like, smell and perform like it had just rolled off the factory floor. The car is flawless and drove better than my last Ford Taurus. The business office portion (the part I ususlly dread) was no pressure, friendly and the paperwork produced without delay or up-sale pressure. Available options were clearly explained and I made my decisions. They were able to finance with my prior credit union for a great rate and I couldn't be more pleased. Congratulations for resoring my faith in the process. More
