Was told my car was being diagnosed, next day told car hadn’t been in the shop yet. Was told would be ready tomorrow, multiple times. Took 10 days. 2.5 hours to do oil change. There is no option to make an appointment. I was sold an unnecessary fuel filter at 10k miles when a chance is required at 20k. Good experience, staff was very attentive and took care of changing the bulbs and adding grease to the driver side door hinge :-) Since the wait could be rather long for express, I would recommend givin of changing the bulbs and adding grease to the driver side door hinge :-) Since the wait could be rather long for express, I would recommend giving an estimated wait time. I ended up having to leave and return which was shorter wait later in the day but still had to drive back from my previous appointment. All in all great customer service. More
My car was there for one month for a simple fan relay switch and to change the reservoir for the coolant. Communication is absolutely horrible. Advisor never available when you call. My service advisor was very honest. I thought I was going to spend more money than what I really did. She did not try to upsell me crap I didn’t need. Communicated to me when my car was ready. Came in for regular service as well as a diagnosis on Parking Assist Sensor warning light. You had to order the part and were supposed to call me when it came in and you never did. I had to call you and check and mase the appointment. I asked if I could wait for it when making the appt on Monday Columbus day and I was told that I could. I brought the vehicle in and waited almost 3 hours and was finally told it wouldn't be done that day. This is obviously a work van and I had to cancel jobs. I waited until 10am the next day to call in and ask when I could pick up my van and was told by the end of the day which caused me to cancel more.jobs! I asked to speak to a manager and a manager never came on the line so I left a message and NO ONE ever called me back. Such a shame. I will be finding another service department from now on and buying a new van every 3-4 years f4om someone else. More
