So my 14 Durango has a warranty recall for the seatbelts not retracting. My seatbelts currently do not retract. I scheduled an appointment for this service. I drove 30 minutes to drop off my car off at 9 not retracting. My seatbelts currently do not retract. I scheduled an appointment for this service. I drove 30 minutes to drop off my car off at 9am for this service. My wife followed to take me to work so we could leave the car all day and have the repair done. I did not receive a call all day about it. I called a few times with nothing. Needless to say my car stayed over night. The next morning I got a call and was told that the parts were not on hand and had to be ordered. So I go back out to get my car with my wife, another 30 minute drive. So I basically lost my car for two days for nothing. Well I call back a few times weeks later to check on the parts and finally I’m told the parts are in. Great! So I drive, 30 minutes, have my wife follow, to take me to work after so that I can leave my car there all day so it can be repaired. I drop it off at 9am. I go all day without hearing anything until 5pm. I’m told the tech did not finish the repair but it would be completed first thing in the morning. So my car gets another overnight stay. The next morning I get a call that states the wrong parts were ordered and the repair could not be made. So again I have my wife drive me 30 minutes to get my car which still hasn’t been repaired. Also, basically I was lied to by the service advisor as he told me the evening before that the repair was in progress. So here I am 3 months later and no repair. I called a few days ago to check the status of the parts and was told to try again in December. This seatbelt thing is a safety issue. Not happy at all with your service. More

This place is garbage. Called and asked about oil change. They said no problem. Quick lube lane in and out in an hour or less. The service prices are clearly stated on the website and the print out included with the work order. The required service was quoted at $450ish including the oil change. I have an oil change service service contract so my bill should have been $100 less than the quoted prices. The bill was somehow over $600 dollars with no plausible explanation as to why from the service personnel or cashier. The service manager lost my keys in the vehicle. In addition they failed to check the wiper fluid despite checking it off on the check sheet. I’m uncertain they did anything on the check sheet in addition to the fluid and filter changes. Unfortunately this is typical behavior of dealer service centers. I advise unless it’s a warranty issue over $1000 go elsewhere and self pay for all services. You will save time and money in the long run. More
