This is the worst place to have your vehicle serviced, I bought a 2020 Ram Limited from them for $70,000, which went O.k. you would think they would care about you as a customer, they do not. I had my truck there several times for warranty issues, the same thing, and the first time they did not even order the parts, they just told me they were on order for every time i called for 5 months, actually I had to call Chrysler and get them to do something, miraculously the parts came in in a week, also at the same time my back window frame broke, which was leaking water in my truck, there window guy only works Mondays, so I had to wait 2 weeks for them to get to it and all they did was seal it up, the service writer just said it's not leaking is it, and really didn't want to do anything else, after I told them and showed them the cracked frame, they just don't listen to you. There is alot to the story also about how I was treated and waited 3 hours for them to figure something out. If you want to call me please do, I'm in your computer. More

This dealership is like having a great product with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchase my RAM Rebel 2022 on 1/5/22. A week later my back up camera had some glitches when put in reverse it turns blue HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchase my RAM Rebel 2022 on 1/5/22. A week later my back up camera had some glitches when put in reverse it turns blue at times. I contacted University Dodge to address this issue and schedule a service appointment. Upon arrival they wanted me to leave my truck and had no loaner vehicle available leaving me without transportation. I decided to return when they had vehicles available and was told by Rachel she would call me when a vehicle was available that day. The day went on and I never receive a call. I text her number the next day and her reply was she no longer works there. I contacted the sales rep and spoke with Will and he’s been the only person trying to help me fix this issue. Finally a female rep name Danielle called me and we schedule time and date with a guarantee loaner vehicle on site. I arrive on 1/28 at 7:30 am and was told they had no loaners and I had to wait till 8am to receive a vehicle from enterprise. The only vehicle apparently was a mini van and decided at this point just to take it but luckily someone walk in and turn in their loaner truck. As I began to sign paper work University Dodge wanted to charge me $5 for toll fees. I told them I can transfer my SunPass and the rep stated regardless they was gonna charge the $5 then he proceeded and said he needed my debit card to put a deposit of $100. I’ve never paid for rental or a fleet vehicle when I’ve had issues with brand new vehicles. Chevy and FORD gives you a loaner without any charges and I know from experience. At this point I’m frustrated and baffled so I spoke to a service mgr name Artie. I explained to him the whole story and basically he said there is nothing he can do he didn’t bother to make a phone call or speak to someone higher up nothing just sat there and he didn’t do anything. I’m basically left with the same issues and nothing was resolved. I called the customer service number and ask for the GM name and number and the lady had no idea who was the GM and didn’t know the number but insisted to direct me to the sales department. I call the same salesman Will explain to him and he said he was going to speak and have someone call me to get this situation fix and make sure they have a vehicle for me once I get there. Danielle called me again and again we scheduled a appointment. Day of appointment she calls me to let me know there are no vehicles in the fleet and I will have to go with enterprise. I could go on and on with this review but as you can see this dealer has poor customer service. They’ll get you to buy a truck really quick but won’t move a finger to help you afterwards. Thanks to Will great salesman but the University Dodge has the worst customer service ever. More
Cool people. I drive a new jeep and the jeep dealer is far. Rob Landin is close and it’s nice that they honor jeep servicing and carry jeep parts.
