Horrible Service Center Poor Customer Service I have spent the last month attempting to get my brand new Dodge Challenger fixed with this dealership. First visit was over three hours wait time (e I have spent the last month attempting to get my brand new Dodge Challenger fixed with this dealership. First visit was over three hours wait time (even with an appointment) and I had to hunt down my service advisor to find out they did not have the part in stock. I was promised a call back within a week to reschedule when the part arrived and no call. I had to call the parts department myself to find out three weeks later that the part was in. My last encounter I spent another hour and a half at the dealership and when I went out to the service bay to check on the status of my car they were just pulling it in to install the part (after I was told it would take an hour or so) the service technician had the vehicle all of 10 minutes. I was subsequently told by the service advisor the car was fixed and he personally tested it five times. I inadvertently did not bother to check to see if the problem was corrected prior to my departure but when I arrived to my office after the visit I found out the issue was not resolved! I subsequently called the service advisor back and all he offered was for me to bring the vehicle back to the service department yet again. I wasted over 5 hours of my time for nothing. Very disappointed and now I have to find a new dealership to correct the issue. More
