service department absolutely horrible. My vehicle has been in their possession for a full month now, and they still haven't begun working on it. The communication here is just awful. Service department manager Artie assumes no responsibility, nor accountability. You would expect the "leader"/"manager" to take head of the situation at hand, but I guess its a lot easier to not reply to phone calls, or return any messages. A month, and I have not spoken to a manager. Just reps transferring me from one rep to another. I even called one time, and they transferred me to Mitsubishi university. I can not seem to get anything resolved. I would much rather pay the old guy up the street to fix my vehicle than to bring it here. Horrible experience! And this was my first time bringing the vehicle here for service. NEVER AGAIN. NOT I! More

I will never do business with this establishment ever again. I had warranty with a mopar battery and they confirmed it. However they wanted to staff me out of a diagnosis fee of $150.00 to so call "make again. I had warranty with a mopar battery and they confirmed it. I had the battery checked in 2 reputable places where they said the battery was bad. When I spoke to the service manager he tried convincing me that if they just put in a new battery and it's a electronic problem. The car would experience serious damage. I said I don't mind I just want the battery replaced. He said it would take 3 to 4 hours till they ran all the test on the battery. I walked out, I rather pay another business for a new battery that would provide better customer service. More
