Bradley the service tech that checked me in,assisted me during an oil change at the dealership, going out of his way to make sure all my needs were addressed. He also made a recommendation for figure oil during an oil change at the dealership, going out of his way to make sure all my needs were addressed. He also made a recommendation for figure oil changes to get the Mopar oil change package, which I purchased. I like when an employee goes that extra step, which he did. All the other techs running around were to busy to even acknowledge customers were present, a simple hello would have been cool. Thanks Bradley for being a great host and also a service tech…. More
