I brought my truck in for oil change. the turn around time was fast and excellent. The lack of not balancing my tires nor filling them to the correct pressure when asked was a little unfortunate. I even asked at pick up if tires were balanced and the tech said yes. Either there is a lack of communication or lack of work ethic. This is the first hiccup since having my truck serviced here. I have been having trouble with my radio. Took it to Joey Acardi where I purchased the vehicle twice and twice told nothing was wrong, Came to your service department and was reated totally differently, like Acardi where I purchased the vehicle twice and twice told nothing was wrong, Came to your service department and was reated totally differently, like a valued customer. They say my hat and thanked me for my militay service. It did not take long for them to find the problem with the radio and I am waiting for the replacement.
