factory warranty issue w/2019 Ram 1500. Numerous phone calls-texts not returned by service advisor and office staff. Finally had to drive to dealership to get update on claim status and repair timeline.Re calls-texts not returned by service advisor and office staff. Finally had to drive to dealership to get update on claim status and repair timeline.Really kind of frustrated with process.Finally Service Mgr. Artie confirmed my claim was approved and they are waiting on parts kit. Chrysler is really slow supplying dealers w/replacement rear window kits.Customers are waiting many months with leaking rear windows !! Factory defect and big hassle-inconvienence for customers !!! More
