Awful, I purchased a used truck this year 2021. The water pump exploded literally 3 months in. Then the engine started to give out about 6 months of purchase, thank God I had warranty plan. Even though I hadn't had it for a full year, I had to use my warranty plan. They had my truck for a full month and a week giving me the run around saying it was one thing then another. They should have granted me a rental knowing they were short staffed. I live 40 mins away and work an hour and 40 from dealer. I just wished they thought of the client a little more and not their pocket. At the end a gentleman by the name of Marc Silverman stepped up and everything went smoothly. More
The service department manager lied to my face, and he had my truck for 12 days to service the windshield wipers. I purchased 2 new trucks over 130 thousand dollars in one day. I will never use or recomm had my truck for 12 days to service the windshield wipers. I purchased 2 new trucks over 130 thousand dollars in one day. I will never use or recommend them ever again. And I'm shopping right now for a new van. More
The communication skills in the service department are non-existent. Hector, my service advisor, never told me my truck would take longer to fix than expected, and wouldn’t answer or return my phone calls non-existent. When I finally got my truck back, he kept talking over me and interrupting me when I tried to explain why I wasn’t happy with him. He went as far as to say, “hopefully I won’t be working here much longer anyways.” My truck was also filthy when I got it back. They didn’t even bother to send it through the car wash. I tried getting in contact with the general manager multiple times, and to this day have not received a call back. I am extremely disappointed in the service I got at Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge. More
