The worst experience ever. My vehicle was there more than 4 months, with no results. After constant calling I was finally advised of them being short of staff and they had yet to even check my vehicle. I wou 4 months, with no results. Bought a used Car at this Dealer at the beginning of the month, after 2days the uconnect quit working and here it start the whole dilema!!!!! Long story short Chrysler Corp took care of me in a timely matt month, after 2days the uconnect quit working and here it start the whole dilema!!!!! Long story short Chrysler Corp took care of me in a timely matter at corporate level they work fast, great and professional but the disaster at the dealer is a nightmare they don’t know where things are! The radio arrived on a Monday to the dealer (I know because the tracking number said delivered and corporate confirmed it over the phone with the parts Manager by Corporate case Manager) and on Thursday they were still telling me the radio was not there! After all the aggravation and 30 minutes later like magic the radio appear, the excuse was that they have poor communication between Parts department and Service department! (Unacceptable) I finally got the radio installed and it sims to be working good, the outcome was finally good but the process was painful!! At one point I felt like it was something funky going on with the whole situation like some one else waned my radio and I still feel uncomfortable about it but I won’t be able to know!! I am not mentioning names I am not pen pointing anyone but some one needs to take control of this department. More
Waited 4 hours when I was told only 1 hour, then wasn’t even thanked for waiting just had the guy that was helping me asking me to go on to Google and write him a review after being there 4 hours!!! With all do respect, I just got done waiting four hours now, Now he’s asking me to go on Google and telling me what to write on there for a review and put his name ? Like really, that was so unprofessional in my opinion. Not to mention my car was scratched in the front after being serviced. I took pictures of it before I left. I honestly do not know what happened to this dodge dealership, but I will not be returning. I’ve been coming to you guys for over 4 years and I can say this was the last straw and you all lost a customer. More
Would have awarded 0 stars if that was an option. Shady practices and a circle the wagons attitude when they mess up. Avoid at all costs and read the fine print on the contract and service invoices.
