I have taken my Dodge Ram 2500 truck to this location several times and they still cannot fix the problem. Originally they changed one hub that was causing vibration but did not change the adjacent one. several times and they still cannot fix the problem. Originally they changed one hub that was causing vibration but did not change the adjacent one. It is like changing the brakes on one side of your car and not the other. I am convinced that the diesel mechanics they have are not professionally trained nor have the experience. When I took my truck in for service there was only one diesel engine mechanic and he was training two other employees. How can I receive accurate treatment when the person in charge of diagnosing my issue is occupied with his job and training others. Also, the others issue I took it in for (I.e. additional FOB key) the person in charge forgot to address. When I picked up the truck they simply said “I forgot, please make another appointment.” That is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to this dealer and I am currently looking for a dealer that specializes in Diesel engines. More
Bought my Cadillac ATS last year paid cash for the car and warranty from American warranty . Was told I could take my car to any dealer . AC and touch screen were broke took the car to Cadillac dealer whe and warranty from American warranty . Was told I could take my car to any dealer . AC and touch screen were broke took the car to Cadillac dealer where I was told I had to bring the car back to the Rob Lambdins to get the work done because of a clause in the warranty even though the Cadillac dealer takes American warranty . Cadillac said it was the expansion valve and when I heard from Rob Lambdins they said it was the compressor which they replaced . Was supposed to be given a loaner car which I was given by Cadillac already and had to return to get nothing from Rob Lambdins because they had none available . Picked the car up my tires were low and needed air and my windshield wiper fluid was empty ( no attention to detail which you would expect from the dealer ) and within a day the AC wasn’t working again and the touch screen was totally non functional . When I picked the car up I questioned why they replaced the compressor when Cadillac said it was the expansion valve and was told because that is what they found was wrong with it and it wasn’t cause now the car is back at their service center and still no loaner car and being told they can’t locate the part that Cadillac had and was ready to replace as I sit with out my vehicle going on 10 days after being without it for 3 weeks prior and did I mention NO LOANER CAR WHICH I PAID FOR IN THE POLICY THAT IS UNDERWRITTEN BY THE PEOLE WHO OWN ROB LAMBDINS DODGE ! The people there are actually very friendly and helpful but the people working as their mechanics need to go back to school !! More
