They've claimed to have fixed my speaker 2x but I'm still having the same issue with it. I believe they never fixed it and just collected my money :/ :( However... He answered alllll my calls and he allowed me to meet with him personally and my issue got resolved in less than one hour on Friday, November 26, 2021. Thank You "E", Director; he knows who he is :) hopefully he reads this. Now that it's fixed I have no issues editing/updating my initial review. Thanks again, speakers are fine now :) More

This is the worst service department I have ever been involved with. The Service manager actually lied to my face assuring me my vehicle will be repaired. I have made four different attempt to have my ca involved with. The Service manager actually lied to my face assuring me my vehicle will be repaired. I am really glad I was sent this survey request since I was always given the runaround and never given to anyone of authority I could express my dissatisfaction. My initial experience was great. Bought two brand new vehicles. I had a problem with my truck and it seems that after they got my money they could care less about me. So my 14 Durango has a warranty recall for the seatbelts not retracting. My seatbelts currently do not retract. I scheduled an appointment for this service. I drove 30 minutes to drop off my car off at 9 not retracting. My seatbelts currently do not retract. I scheduled an appointment for this service. I drove 30 minutes to drop off my car off at 9am for this service. My wife followed to take me to work so we could leave the car all day and have the repair done. I did not receive a call all day about it. I called a few times with nothing. Needless to say my car stayed over night. The next morning I got a call and was told that the parts were not on hand and had to be ordered. So I go back out to get my car with my wife, another 30 minute drive. So I basically lost my car for two days for nothing. Well I call back a few times weeks later to check on the parts and finally I’m told the parts are in. Great! So I drive, 30 minutes, have my wife follow, to take me to work after so that I can leave my car there all day so it can be repaired. I drop it off at 9am. I go all day without hearing anything until 5pm. I’m told the tech did not finish the repair but it would be completed first thing in the morning. So my car gets another overnight stay. The next morning I get a call that states the wrong parts were ordered and the repair could not be made. So again I have my wife drive me 30 minutes to get my car which still hasn’t been repaired. Also, basically I was lied to by the service advisor as he told me the evening before that the repair was in progress. So here I am 3 months later and no repair. I called a few days ago to check the status of the parts and was told to try again in December. This seatbelt thing is a safety issue. Not happy at all with your service. More
