You’re Executive Leadership team’s lack of follow-up and follow-through is as poor as the experience I had purchasing this car and the abuse caused to my credit by pulling my credit 7 different times. I’ve gotten letters from multiple companies and I see the drops that occurred. If indeed I was a valued customer and you provided/forwarded my information to leadership on 11/25/2021 like you said you have, they have failed to reach out and resolve any issue at all. In fact they have not picked up the phone, emailed, or messaged me directly to discuss the issue. I stand by my previous post that this dealership is less than desirable and clients/customers should for sure take business somewhere else. I have waited until now (12/15/2021) to respond as I wanted to give adequate time to respond. No one has reached out. Horrible customer service, horrible follow-up, and horrible experience overall.

I called in to the dealership directly and asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred and placed on hold. Manager never came to the line. I called back and asked for Rob Lambdin’s direct contact and was not provided. I asked even for an email address or when he would be at one of his dealerships. I was not provided information. So, it’s not the first time your getting my contact information. It was provided when I called in and they asked who was calling and took down my information. So my comment stands the lack of follow-up is less than desired and it is not the first time I provided the information. Obviously the lack of communication and follow-up is throughout the entire dealership.

I continue to be haunted by the experience with Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge Ram. The fact the Finance Manager chose to run my credit 11 times and still got a HORRIBLE finance rate for me, and now as I move forward to try to purchase other items, with excellent credit, the inquiries have become a factor. Yes, I spoke to the manager Jeff, and he told me to dispute inquiries and they would not go against the dispute. Again, all put on me to be responsible. I did this only to be notified that the dealership stated is was valid and the disputes are declined. Also, I was advised originally that all the “Add On” items from the finance office would all be cancellable when I initially spoke with the manager Jeff. Well, 3 out of 4 were cancelled, but the 4th one was not as they said every vehicle that comes on the lot gets the NSD Premium Appearance protection package whether you ask for it or not, and it is not abled to be cancelled. So you should clearly know that if your buying a car, even though the contract clearly states that you are not required to accept any of the add on packages, and it will not affect the decision to sell you the car, I want you to know that is not accurate and you cannot cancel even though the contract states that you can. The Finance Manager Jose stated a manager could override for cancellation. Again, this is something that ended up not being true. So, I remind you 4 months later, I am still so disappointed with the overall experience and stand 100% that if your looking for a vehicle, DO NOT shop at Rob Lambdin’s University Dodge. I promise, You will thank me later for the warning!!! Do not make the same mistake I did. For 2 years I will deal with the issue of the finance manager pulling credit 11 times for one car purchase decreasing my score almost 55 points in one visit!

Additional update, more than two weeks later from my last update. The warranty services cancelled have still not been refunded. Only 3 out of 4 were canceled as previously stated as they claim there is no way to cancel the 4th one. (That’s unheard of). The processing team that cancels the warranty services sent me a copy of the check dated December 29, 2021, (was sent via email in February 15th which is 48 days). The check states “void after 90 days”. Now, March 16 and we are 77 days from the time the check was issued. This car buying experience continues to haunt me. Don’t let this happen to you! Avoid Rod Lambdin’s University Dodge. They are not a company you want to do business with! I should not have to chase down a check. I should not have to fight to cancel services I never wanted, and I should never have to have my credit ruined by any dealership period. The 11 credit pulls continue to impact my credit and it is not fair! The entire process is unfair and I feel totally taken advantage of as a consumer.
