bad attitudes & rude sales reps Came here looking to purchase a new ram, spoke to steve online first and he was not willing to budge on the price at all. Talked to chris online and on the phone and he kept having to go talk to his manager to get approval for letting the price and kept saying he'd call back but didn't. Called him back eventually and he said he was still working on it. Decided to go into the dealership and after telling the sharks we were already working with someone, we decided to speak to chris in person, he gave us over to claude and once claude found out what we wanted to pay out the door he just kept laughing. We were 500 off of our price and they would not make a deal so we walked. Supposedly going to call us back tomorrow if there is better new incentives for july but I doubt it. Lost a sale & financing for only $500. Not to mention claude kept complaining how crappy of a day it was today. More

When I get to finance it says 4.6 So besides being liars from the get go the experience was ok.. after all I did want to driver out my new SRT8 Charger.- But after the sale is done they can care less about any of your needs- I canceled my Gap Insurance FOUR months ago and the finance guy Mike Andreu said it was going to be 6-8 weeks for the refund now I call and call and leave messages and write emails and NOTHING-- I call Chrysler Financial and they said it is not canceled. ARE YOU SERIOUS.. four months later. I WOULD NEVER NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM these Incompetent sharks ever again More
I visited University Dodge to look at minivans. Kharlos was great! I was a little annoyed to drive up and see salesmen waiting outside (circa 1980) but Kharlos was so friendly and nice. He asked what was important to me and showed me those vehicles. He didn't try to upsell me - I felt he was genuinely interested in helping me find the vehicle that would meet my needs. He was also very patient with my young and energetic kids! So even though we aren't going the minivan route, for those of you thinking about where to buy, or for those of you worried about pressure and the general pains associated with some dealerships, go see Kharlos at University Dodge. After researching dealerships in the area we decided to give University Dodge a try since their reviews were pretty good. After meeting with a salesman, we did not find anything that meet our needs becaus give University Dodge a try since their reviews were pretty good. After meeting with a salesman, we did not find anything that meet our needs because the truck we wanted to see he stated a manager took it home. He took our info and told us he would call us when it was back so we can see it. After days of waiting I called him and he advised that he lost our info and to forget about the truck because he couldn't find it. I found a truck online, contacted the Internet department and was contacted back by Steven Allard who advised me that the truck I wanted was available. We saw it, liked it and was ready to purchase but he advised us that if we waited till the beginning of the month we would get a better price. We told him we would like to give a deposit to secure the truck and he told us not to worry that the truck wasn't going anywhere because it had been there for a long time and he was going to hide it. After confiding in his expertise we trusted his advise and went at the beginning of the month after several conversations with him via telephone. Once we get there, he tells us t hat the truck was recalled, because of the paint peeling and that it was sent back to the factory. We did not believe that story so asked to speak with a manager. Jeff a sales manager had no idea about any such recall and after looking into it he told us that the truck had been sold that weekend. We were lied to by Steven Allard. He never had any interest in selling us the vehicle once he found out that we were paying cash and there was no chance of him getting extra money from financing since he stated he only received a flat fee for an Internet sale. Buyer beware! More

This is one of the only dealerships that I have ever been to that did not pressure you or bend the truth to get me to purchase a vehicle. The selection was so great, it actually took me longer to make up my mind than to purchase the car. More
