I bought a 2010 dodge charger. And to make the sales everyone was nice and helpful. However once i bought the car i noticed a few issues and contact them to resolve the issues. I love the car and will get it fixed by my self however i would not recommand this dealer to anyone. I suggest you go to another dodge dealer. More
i was planning on purchasing a new 2011 dodge 2500 4x4 diesel had one picked out called carlos few days prior to tell him thats the truck i wanted and that was the color he asked for me to call the day i diesel had one picked out called carlos few days prior to tell him thats the truck i wanted and that was the color he asked for me to call the day i would be coming in.. i was driving there from palm beach about an hour an change anyways i called him told him i would be coming down to get the truck he said alright he would get things ready when i arrived he said oh sorry about that the one you wanted was sold last night. but i have these other 2 that are hunter green and some other bad color in my opinion so he lied to me to get me to drive hour and a half when he knew my truck was sold and that i told him that was the only color i was interested in... i walked out very unhappy and wouldn't deal with them i bought a 2012 cummins from miller motor sales and had it shipped to florida free of charge rob lamdins is terrible dealer ship More
Tonight I was reminded why I never trust car dealers. I get to the lot. Meet the guy. See the car.(2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8) She looks good. Paint is filthy, has some tree sap on it, but beautiful. I open her up and I'm amazed how much leg room there is. I had to move up the seat considerably for my 5' 10" frame. *Seats are huge too. She looks smaller in the pictures, that's for sure. Then I inhale. Smells a third new car, a third like sweat, and a third like dirty with a hint of cigarette smoke. Then I look at the odometer. The cars.com picture shows 13 miles on the odometer, hence a "New" car. The reality: 5,480 miles on this "NEW" car. He says it's a "Manager Demo". I think to myself..."Cool!" she may be broken in, test driven, and dirty, but at least I'll get a much better deal. Nope! I ask him how much they're willing to come down...he says "Maybe 1000 or 2000. $41,000 for a used car that's been driven like it was stolen by managers and test drivers for a year when anther dealer sent me a quote today for a GWE, loaded, sunroof, kicker system for less money, and a honest statement it was driven and is being discounted for $39,995? No thanks Rob Lambdins Dodge. You just lost a potential customer...for life. Then he simply tells me..."You should probably buy that car then!". Really? Horrible service, a complete lack of sales expertise, and a seemingly unwillingness or refusal to show any semblance of customer service in any way shape or form. Unreal! More
My first time visit to this dealer, sales person's behavior was irate when I made it clear that I would not instantly close on a deal right then and there on the spot.
