Steve and Leonid were very helpful, and had great knowledge about their product. The whole car buying experience was very simple. I didn't have to sit in a car dealership all day. 11/18/2012 took delivery of a 4 year old car that they said had passed a safety inspection. 11/21/2012 car stalls and I nearly have an accident. I speak to Vincent Marchses and he tells me I have 30 day w said had passed a safety inspection. 11/21/2012 car stalls and I nearly have an accident. I speak to Vincent Marchses and he tells me I have 30 day warranty and not to worry. He tells me that if I buy an extended warranty that the dealer will lie and say the car does not have any problems so I can get it fixed. I decline the extended warranty and opt for the 30 day warranty instead. Than they tell me I bought the car as-is and they will not help me except to mail me a part that they think might be the problem so I can install it myself, or pay someone else to put it on. The car has stalled 17 more times since than and i am afraid to drive it. Now I have to pay for someone else to fix the $15,000 car I just bought. From what I can tell, the repairs would cost the dealer between $100-$200. In this day an age I find it terrible that a dealership would allow a customer to be so unhappy for a couple hundred bucks. They did send me a letter that said "Please be assured that our interest in your satisfaction has only begun. It is our sincere desire that you are completely satisfied with your vehicle and that the service you receive from us." What a joke. Both Vincent Marchese and Gabriel Nerys heard my story and they took the side of their salesman saying that I was the liar. I have a detailed account of this and can supply my evidence to prove I have been treated poorly. More
No one forced us to buy , we own a 1998 - 1500 ext-cab already. The salesman was vary friendly and let us make up our own minds to buy the vehicle. Had a great experience.
