You won't sell to me because I'm not a FL resident? I would give them negative stars if possible. I found a Charger Scat Pack for sale online, and contacted the dealership about buying it and flying in to drive it home. The dealership told me they will not sell me the car since I live in another state and plan on registering it elsewhere. Something about them not wanting to deal with taxes. What!? I buy cars out of state all the time, and I have NEVER heard of a dealership doing anything like this. What a lame xxx excuse for a car dealer. If I live out of state, you pay taxes in your HOME STATE when you go to register it. The dealer doesn't even have to collect the tax, so I'm not sure why they're worried about it. Stay away from this place. More

Beware - Avoid At All Cost! Beware! This dealer will rip you off. My car just turn over 50,000 miles (it's at 52,500 - no longer under warranty) and I was quoted for over $2100 f Beware! This dealer will rip you off. My car just turn over 50,000 miles (it's at 52,500 - no longer under warranty) and I was quoted for over $2100 for an a/c repair. On top of this, I had a full diagnostic check done 30 days ago. There was no mention of a freon leak or any other a/c issue at that time (the supposed culprit). A dodge challenger that is only 3 years old with an a/c fix quote of over $2000. Please, avoid this dealer at all cost. Avoid the headache. Thank you. More
Wouldn't sell me a car because of where I'm from Hmm, I've never had a dealership tell me I couldn't purchase a vehicle from them until these guys. Apparently they feel posting a car via auto trader Hmm, I've never had a dealership tell me I couldn't purchase a vehicle from them until these guys. Apparently they feel posting a car via auto trader and other online sites is only aimed towards Florida residents. I was told even though I would be paying in cash I could not buy a vehicle from them because they only sell to local residents. Hmm maybe you shouldn't post your cars to online sites. I'll take my money elsewhere smh More

Where do I start? After multiple bad experiences with this dealership as a whole, I felt it finally necessary to tell my story of my two year service experience with Un After multiple bad experiences with this dealership as a whole, I felt it finally necessary to tell my story of my two year service experience with University Dodge. ( There's also a sales experience review) My first oil service experience I called and made an appointment two days prior. I arrived ten minutes before my service appointment and was told "since you made an appointment, use the EXPRESS lane). Feeling ahead of the game I went and waited thinking I wouldn't be long, almost two hours had passed by and my truck had been sitting in the bay untouched. It took my original salesperson who said hello when I initially walked in to notice me still sitting there waiting almost two hours later, Vinnie then went and spoke to the service employees and told me they hadn't serviced it yet and apologized for them. About thirty minutes later, I finally received my truck and was able to leave. This was unacceptable. I am currently dealing with this next issue. While putting gas in my truck after realizing it was oddly empty,I happened to realized it had a massive gas leak coming from the gas tank. My girlfriend towed my truck into the service center for me the next day because I had to leave out of town, this was on a Wednesday. I returned Monday and called the service center to see what had been done since Thursday, not a thing had been done. My cell phone does accept calls while I'm in New York and the dealership is in South Florida, yet nothing was done in in the four to five days it had been sitting there and no one had called me. I spoke to "Jared" who appears to be in charge of my truck. Jared stated the reason the gas tank was damaged due to a minor cosmetic dent which impacted my rear bumper. I refused to accept this answer based on the fact that dent had been there for almost a year now and this was a massive leak which could not just appear a year later without some sort of gradual leak. Jared asked if I wanted them to do a diagnostic check which would cost $100 to access the damage and reason for the leak. So, they didn't even know what the extent of the damage was and automatically attempted to pin the reason of the leak on me. Which appears to be an attempt to not have the issue be covered by factory warranty without even diagnosing the issue. I told Jared to do the diagnostic check to get to the bottom of the issue and get passed the games. Jared called back and apologized for his prior claim and stated the gas tank damage did not come from the bumper damage, Jared then alleged some sort of road debris must've kicked up into the tank and damaged it. Well if that was the case, that is a pretty weak gas tank, especially for a large truck (dodge ram) and should be replaced under warranty for the cheap part it must be. So, after a significant service center delay of a week, my insurance adjuster evaluated the truck and I placed my insurance claim which was same day. I spoke to Jared and approved him to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle. Jared said the car would be done "possibly" Saturday, but if not, definitely Monday. I am here Wednesday morning telling you that I haven't heard from Jarred or the service center since the approval call last Thursday, **** Keep all that in mind as I tell you about the icing on the cake... I had arrangements to spend Sunday with my four year old daughter, however, my child seat was inside my truck which was being repaired. The service center closes at 5PM on Saturdays. I called between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM and left a message for Jared explaining it was imperative for him to call me back as soon as possible. I did not receive a call. I called around 6:00 PM spoke to the receptionist and then left a message with whatever manager was there for the remainder of the night explaining how important it was for him to return my call as soon as possible. I received no call. I once again began calling on Sunday morning at 10:00 AM to speak to a manager, once again the receptionist sent me to a mailbox where I pleaded for someone to call me back, waited an hour, no call back. Finally I called back and told the receptionist my issue and pleaded for her to get a manager to speak to me or I would not be able to see my daughter, she put me on hold, came back and said she handed my name and number directly to a manager who said as soon as he was done with the people he was with, would return my call. This was Sunday morning, I write you on Wednesday morning to tell you that I still have not received one phone call, I also missed my day with my daughter because I cannot drive my four year old girl around without a child seat. Today is Thursday, two weeks later since my truck was towed into service, yesterday I received a voicemail from Jared asking if I had picked up my keys (appears the they have now lost my key). I returned Jared's call to tell him that I did not, I once again left a voicemail, which was now my fifth in five days, I still have not received a return call to advise that they have found my key or if the work is done. Today is Friday, I received a call from Jared reporting my car (in his words) was "finally finished". Jared then proceeded to ask "when you come in, bring a gas container with gas in it so you can drive it out of here", INCREDIBLE, THE NERVE?!?! This place is a joke. I will never lease or buy from this dealership again and I advise you to not either. There is one more review under sales which will briefly explain their plans for getting me out of my lease which will be over mileage upon lease end, it's actually humorous as well as insulting. More

The ori This is the type of degraded sales professionalism received from three of the dealerships new vehicle sales employees during August 2016. The original sales rep talked like a cheap pushy New York street hustler during followup solicitations over the phone. The second sales rep was a false self proclaimed internet manager who's a frumpy unkept looking long time dealership sales rep who's rude, interruptive, argumentative and a Non-Listening car sales know it all. Both sales reps talk as though they can control your mind and make a sale. The third individual is a lazy manager who assesses your vehicle w/o going outside to give the slightest glance at the trade in from a distance. Thus, if questioned, he couldn't verify if it had a steering wheel cover or not, or where and how it was parked. They'll low ball your trade in to the point of you giving it away in order for the dealership to compensate for their lose of a deeply discounted vehicle that draws customers to the lot. Lol, the trade vehicle was more than than what they can afford to drive if a dealership loaner isn't provided. All around Losers, and wonder if the owner knows how much his esteemed employees are dragging his business down. The boss should be watching his shop more closely, or he doesn't care as long as cars are sold. Too bad because there are more than a 100 other same mfg dealerships in this state. More

They refused to handle the RECALL on my vehicle. Their excuse was they might break something in the process and wanted my permission to charge me full price if that happened. I said no, but I'll agree to pay whatever the out-of-pocket cost of the part is if something breaks. They would NOT agree to that, they wanted to profit from their mistake and told me to take my vehicle to another dealership. UPDATE: Bob Newland had a change of heart and called me back to do the work. He said he called the national headquarters and they "should" cover it if the dash clips get broken. These clips are moulded into the dash and if they break the entire dash needs to be replaced. The maximum I could have to pay is $200 and I can live with that. More
