Due to location only I started this process with 3 competitive dealerships closer to where with live. Over 5 days I got the run around from all three. I called Ray and told him what was happening. He called me back after physically touching the vehicle to make sure it was on the property and available for sale. On a Saturday Night with 20mins to close, I was in my new car heading home to my family! This truly is the class of the class.
