I just purchased an almost new 2023 Nissan Rouge from Rob Green Nissan. Salesman Marcos Monje, sales manager, Riley, and finance manager, Noah, were all very helpful, friendly, and professional – except th Green Nissan. Salesman Marcos Monje, sales manager, Riley, and finance manager, Noah, were all very helpful, friendly, and professional – except that no one could explain why the dealership would not accept a third party cashier’s check drawn on a major regional bank and were not allowed to verify the authenticity of the check by faxing a copy of the cashier’s check to the issuing bank and calling the bank. This caused me another 310 mile round trip, about $80 in additional gas money, and $8 additional cost of a replacement cashier’s check. I’m happy with the deal made, the Rouge purchased, and the staff I dealt with. However as my neighbor suggested, that after traveling 155 miles with cashier’s check in hand to complete the agreed upon transaction, I should have just walked out.when the cashier's check could not be accepted and the dealership would not take an easy step to solve the problem. Overcharged for bad diagnosis Took my truck in for a scheduled service and possible fuel filter change. I was still waiting three hours later when they told me it wouldn't start a Took my truck in for a scheduled service and possible fuel filter change. I was still waiting three hours later when they told me it wouldn't start and I would need $1444 worth of parts. When I insisted they just change the fuel filter as I asked, miraculously the truck started. And then they charged me $209 for the incorrect diagnostic skills of a parts swappers. The service guy never could explain the situation. Terrible service More
Great Service I have had a problem with my Nissan truck for a couple of months which at least two mechanics in town could not solve and gave up on it. I took it to Rob Green dealership and within a few minutes the mechanics detected the problem and solved it very efficiently and with a reasonable price. We live in Boise so we had their mechanic check the vehicle and paid for a diagnostic test before we bought it. The vehicle broke down on the way home in Mountain Home. The staff at Rob Green wouldn't do anything to help us out. Eventually, they stopped returning our calls. Even the general manager wouldn't call. We had a mechanic from Boise look at it and turns out it needs a new head gasket and the steering box went out. Horrible customer service. More

Forgot to check on this trailer when we settled on buying this one. Guess that's my mistake. I just assumed they all came with a spare. Had to go find a salesman to help us. We had been on the lot for about 20 minutes and no one came out. We finally had to go inside to find one to help us. Otherwise, everything else was good. I apologize that I don't remember the other 2 people we worked with. Jordan was our salesman, and he was great. More
