My experience buying a vehicle here at Road Ready. My husband and I were met with a friendly welcome by Elijah who interviewed us as to our needs. He wanted us to see a Toyota Minivan XLE. Although n My husband and I were met with a friendly welcome by Elijah who interviewed us as to our needs. He wanted us to see a Toyota Minivan XLE. Although not our perfect match, he encouraged us to give it a try. In fact, when we took it for a test drive, we found it had most of the features we needed. Elijah was not pushy, but sincerely tried to make a sale that would be acceptable and satisfying for both Road Ready and ourselves. There were a few things which needed attention, and today they are still trying to address the concerns we have. More

Wow!......Just wow! I submitted a review the night I picked up the car because they kind of force the issue. I’m rewriting it to reflect the experience from pickup. The I submitted a review the night I picked up the car because they kind of force the issue. I’m rewriting it to reflect the experience from pickup. The salesman wasn’t the issue and he was very good but it ends there. When I looked at the car and drove it everything was fine. Well I purchased the car and they were to service it before pickup. They said they did but here is what happened. I picked it up and drove it home in rain and fog. The next day I went out to the car and started it. A cloud of blue smoke came from the back. I shut the car off and checked the oil to find the substantially over filled. There was also a puddle of oil on my driveway. I called the dealer and was told to bring it to service which I did. The next day they said the car was all set. That it was a loose oil filter. The car was running when I got it so it was already warmed up so it wouldn’t be smoking. I drove it home and parked it. The next day I started it to a giant plume of blue smoke again. I once again checked the oil to find it had more oil than before. Again I called and brought it back. It stayed at the dealer for 4 days this time. I was told it was ready so I went to get it. This time I was told they “flushed” the motor and fuel injectors and put an additive in the oil to stop the smoking. Basically they put a bandaid on it and never fivxed the problem which appears to valve seals from the oil being over filled. Unfortunately they refuse to fix the car the right was. So now I am forced to spend several hundred dollars to fix a problem they created. Bottom line here is stay away. The dealership is shady and only cares about getting your money and not you as a customer. I would reccome d buying a car elsewhere. More
