Before we found Road Ready, we drove nearly 400 miles in a weekend looking around at every used dealership we could find in our state and left them all disappointed; both with the selections and quality of the vehicles. Finally we found Road Ready, and we really feel like we got a great value, and more so, we now know we won't need to go anywhere else the next time we need a car. More
Will not recommend!! We sent it for an oil change and was notified that thick oil was put in the car which made us think the people who sold the car to us knew it had an underlying problem and tried to cover it up, and just like that with the correct oil put in it started smoking it has been in the mechanic shop since. Weve tried numerous times to contact the manager at RoadReady and left many messages and have yet to get a response. RECENTLY discovered they let the service manager go, which was verified by an employee there, but no one is taking responsibility. More

My intent was only to see what the SUV was like and be on my way. Took a test drive. Told Jason he'd have to direct me since I was unfamiliar with the area, but after a bit I had to ask for directions a few times as Jason was looking at his cell phone. Upon return to Road Ready Jason directed me to turn into a particular driveway which was the wrong one and dead-ended us. At that point I SHOULD have had Jason take over the wheel. Instead, I attempted a K-turn, hit a railing and dented the back door. From that point on I was over a barrel. Jason wasn't immediately able to tell me how this would be dealt with. Once back inside Jason consulted Frank Pratts, who had introduced himself earlier. Discussion followed. Jason DID tell me that he'd see to it that the dent would be taken care of. When asked to, he noted the damage on the purchase order. I turned down Jason's offer to "undercoat the vehicle for me;" the cost would have been $599.00 plus tax. The built-in dealer costs are exorbitant...$199.00 + tax for vin etching and $598.00 + tax for the negotiable conveyance fee. I my case Frank said it was a flat fee. So, I paid a deposit and arranged to pick up the car later in the week. I had an unpleasant exchange with Frank on the phone after a couple of days, told him I thought the transaction was shady, but he had my $1000.00 non-refundable down payment, so I set the day to pick up the vehicle. On that day, no one greeted me. Frank, who was at the front desk did not acknowledge me, and Jason Winer, the salesman, was conveniently not at work that day. After a while, Ray completed the sale for me. I was given the keys and told where the car was parked. No one accompanied me out to the car or reviewed any information about the controls with me. In fact, I had to request help to learn how to move the driver's seat. More
IN SMALL CLAIMS! BEWARE My father in law purchased a car here about 2 weeks ago on a weekend. He traded in his vehicle and didn’t know the bank or how much the payoff was. Th My father in law purchased a car here about 2 weeks ago on a weekend. He traded in his vehicle and didn’t know the bank or how much the payoff was. They took his social and ran the info to get the payoff. Signs the contract done. Two weeks later the car is still not paid off. We find out Hey paid off the wrong car and then revoked that payoff. We talk to the dealership and they blame my father in law on lying and telling them the payoff was less. Now we have 3 car payments because they haven’t paid off anything and refuse to help. We tried to talk to the owner and he swore at us and had us removed from the dealership claiming we were lying.. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP hands down. We are in small claims as we speak, save your time and stress and goto someone else completely. More
