I’m a picky buyer and I gave these guys 5 stars! I’m a very detail oriented person and have been running web searches for 2003-2005 GMC Safari with low miles, I or two owners max, and no accidents. My previous one was pristine until I was hit hard while sitting in traffic, totaling the van. My online search turned up quite a few to look into surprisingly. I live in California, and Eric at Road Ready patiently answered my questions via email, phone AND text. He texted to me photos of the undercarriage when I asked and a video walk around and through of the van.i was on earned about rust, and Eric sent me video of how Road Ready rust proofs vehicles, including all repairs/replacements needed. I asked to place a deposit on March 8, and they held the van for me until I could fly to CT from CA. Weather canceled my first flight! so here I am in March 26th, they still held my van, we’re fine with me crawling underneath with my flashlight (I’m a woman who’s first job in 1977 was working in a full service gas station, so I learned a few things!). Eric was awesome! Totally patient and supportive, willing to address concerns. I bought the van, and arranged shipping through Road Ready recommendationto ship it to CA. Super happy! And, I sent photos of Jeeps they have on their lot back to my husband...we may be back soon ;-) More

Great Place to buy!! We purchased a new truck on 2/24/17. I'm very picky and some would say a pain. Our salesman (Kelsey) was awesome and patient. We had to small children We purchased a new truck on 2/24/17. I'm very picky and some would say a pain. Our salesman (Kelsey) was awesome and patient. We had to small children with us. It was raining and I didn't care I wanted to find something I liked. He walked around in the rain holding umbrellas for my self and my kids while my poor husband had to check under all the trucks for rust and other things I was fusing over. I had the salesman run back for different keys so we could see the inside and not 1 complaint, noise, or face about it. The showroom was very clean and professional, my kids loved the giant fish tank when you walk in. Amanda even gave my 3 year old a Car Fox stuffed animal. They had drinks and snacks to offer. The salesman gave us a tour of their service dept which was impressively large, immaculate, and had a great waiting room for people and and area for people waiting for kids with toys and such. The bathrooms were clean too. We had to send the truck back for an issue we noticed with a pull in the steering and they were great about it. Had it checked out and replacing all 4 tires when they discovered 1 had an issue. They even detailed the inside again after we made quite they mess after 2 nor'easters and mud galore in the week we had it before sending it back. All in all it was a great experience. We live over an hour away and it was worth the trip!! More
