I was a GSM for car dealership, they still tried scamming me Everything started off well working with MIKE BAKER and FRANK CAJIGAS. But once I got there for the delivery of the vehicle they slipped in A WARRANTY Everything started off well working with MIKE BAKER and FRANK CAJIGAS. But once I got there for the delivery of the vehicle they slipped in A WARRANTY, GAP, and VIN ETCHING (which is a scam all itself and always optional) so I was told my payment was under 300 until I got there and they packed in those 3 things and the payment. Skyrocketed. They refused (by the order of DAVE and RON) to remove any of the 3 and pretty much gave me the ultimatum of not taking the car if I didn't take the WARRANTY ($3995), GAP $(899), and VIN ETCHING ($199). Oh, and I also wasn't told they tried to straw purchase the vehicle which is ILLEGAL. Straw purchase means, the car is for me but the loan goes under my "co-signer's" name completely. Again VERY ILLEGAL! I tried working with them by taking the warranty at a lower price and keeping the Gap. But they refused. If I wasn't going to take all 3, they didn't want my business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE. Contact me! If you really want to know where to buy cars where you'll be treated fairly and not have our time wasted. More

I did not need to speak to many associates but was kindly greeted by all. The professional environment with pleasantries was appreciated. Usually buying a used car is a nightmare, but Road Ready guided me right through and I had a great used car that was serviced and I was back on the road within 3 days of my accident. They went above and beyond, even picking me up at my house. Frank and Mike were extremely helpful and answered all my questions, even making sure my car was serviced and ready for me to get back to work quickly. I would highly recommend Road Ready and will be getting my daughter her car here when she gets out of college, Thanks again Road Ready More
