Great Experience! Eric was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us looking at different trucks and answered all our questions. There was a screw in one of the tires which was in between the treads and they removed it, did a soap bubble test and a video to make sure the tire was OK. Very professional and thorough. More

I gave them a good review at first so that I could get paid for it. They pay people a $100 to give them good reviews on their behalf, so take every good review with a grain of salt. You wont know if its true or not. Also be prepared to buy services you do not want. They charge you for an undercoating system and a paint and interior protection system, which both are jokes. They will get over spray all over things that are not to be painted. For example muffler, ball joints, rubber bushings,brake rotors, wheel well trim that is the color of the body and everything else that is not to be painted in the undercarriage. Oh and your looking at over a 1,000 for these two services. Weather you want them or not. I bought a car from them that had a missing transmission dipstick and two rotted out sub frames. One of the sub frames had a 5inch hole in it, that they had tried to cover up with their undercoating system, which is a joke in its self. Their first two attempts to fix the car made the car worst. They pinned my transmission against the hack of a weld job they did to the sub frame the first time and then pinned it for a second time on their hack of a weld job the second time. The third time they pissed me off big time. I called to complain and they told me that they had their own worries about their work so they had gone ahead and ordered me two new sub frames. Well if they had worries why did they have me driving the car around for a week on unacceptable work. Because they could car less. I finally got them to take the car back and give me credit. Than it took them over two weeks to get another car ready for me to test drive and that was still not road ready. Unbalanced tires creating a wobble in rear tire, bad tie rod ends creating wobble in front end. Blown shocks creating wobbles and shakes across the car. Which I have paid for to be fixed out of my pocket because I will not go back to them and there is still wobble issues. The best part I was told that the first car and the second car had been inspected by their top mechanic. Now I believe that but I have a feeling that management over ruled him on what needed to be done. Thinking they were selling another car to someone that knows nothing about cars, well they were wrong. If you want to test drive the car before you decide on weather or not to buy it be prepared to put a deposit down and wait a week or so before you can test drive. Only time they stay on top of their customer service is when you are in the purchasing phase once out of there good luck. Would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. More
