My husband and I went to look at a 2014 Cadillac SRX last Friday. After seeing the vehicle, we were walking to the office to see if we could take it for a test drive, and we saw a friendly face who asked us Friday. After seeing the vehicle, we were walking to the office to see if we could take it for a test drive, and we saw a friendly face who asked us if we needed help. That was our first interaction with our salesman, Ryan. He took us straight to the vehicle, showed us in and out of it, very knowledgeable, very nice, not pushy, and let me test drive it. He then took us inside the office, showed us the showroom, the service center, offered us a beverage, snacks, introducing us to other sales people, as we went by them. Everyone was so friendly!!!! He went over the numbers with us (again, never pushy about selling us the Cadillac), he just wanted to help us get the car I really liked!! We left saying we would think it over, left a refundable deposit, and said we would be in touch. Fast forward to today (Monday). We had decided to purchase the vehicle, after communication with Ryan via phone and text over the last few days. When we went to pick it up, it looked like new!!! They had done such a wonderful job detailing it, inside and out! The financial part of it, and signing all the paperwork all went very smoothly.. Everyone there was so nice!! We were in the car driving off the lot within an hour or so. I could not say enough good things about our experience here!! We will definitely be back the next time we are looking to buy a used car!!
