Should have listen to friends and family !!! Walked in expecting to change my mind about this place but i got let down. But when you refuse to buy any of the extra stuff. It's True. Sales manager told me: If i dint get the extra warranty or GAP insurance or any other service he "Legally Raise the price of the SUV"or he can just give me my deposit back and leave. I understand my credit situation was bad and if i Didn't need a car to go to work i would never buy a car from this place. Sales man was kind and helpful but i'm still waiting for scratch touch up to get done as he promised but i know it won't happen because the sale was final weeks ago. PEOPLE. READ. RESEARCH. BE WARN. Dishonest with dealer add ons Tried to purchase the vehicle at asking price. Was willing to pay high documentation fee. THey had sold the truck six months prior and it had come back as a trade in-they said. They admitted it already had under spray coating cause I asked. They provided pictures. Their standard is to under spray for rust and etch windows. Which means they did it to this vehicle six months prior when they sold it. They added to my cost essentially double charging for a service. SUPER DISHONEST! It was already done. Why are you charging me for something the previous owner paid you to do. They told me it needed to be respirated. WHAT??!! A 700 dollar underspray needs to be redone every 6 months. WOW! I would avoid this dealership with their add on xx and dishonest practices. More
