Hello , and beware. I bought a 2016 Cadillac cts4 performance sedan back in November 2023. The sales person when for a ride and decided to buy. I told the salesperson th I bought a 2016 Cadillac cts4 performance sedan back in November 2023. The sales person when for a ride and decided to buy. I told the salesperson that I noticed brake dust on the left Front rim and uneven rotor, and he assured me it would be taken care of before pickup. When I went to pick it up the there was still brake dust on the rim and rotor was still groves . I told him a and he said let me check with the service department. He came back and said the service department said it was gone over and everything is fine. On my way home I noticed a pulsation as the car came to a stop. I call them and told them when I got home. At first the manager said didn't you read the sale conditions, all cars over seven years AR sold as is ? And that they don't have to do anything., but if I bought it back the next day he would have the service department go over it . I told him I bought this to the salesperson and bought on condition this was taken care of . the next morning I went back. When I got there the manager said again you know I'm doing you a favor all sales are final. Didn't say anything, just wanted it fixed. The service manager ask what the problem was and I showed him all the Blake brake dust and lightly grooved rotor .he said those grooves are nothing he said have a seat in the waiting room and he wood take a look. An hour later he came to me and said everything was all taken care of . on my way home it did the very same thing pulsation. I called again and the manager said I had my mechanic look at it and was told there was nothing wrong. I wrought a bad review , around the end of December my wife and myself got into the car and was leaving our condo lot , a slight downgrade to the main road I put on the brakes and the peddle was rock hard I had to stand on the brakes to stop we went right out into the middle of the street just missing. A car coming from my left by inches, and another from the right screeching brakes coming inches from hitting my wife passenger door. No brakes at all. I called and was told again the car was sold as is, with know concern of our near accident. Now when I bought the car they showed me a list of 150 things they check before they sell a car. Bull!!!!! I went to a cardiac dealer and was told the master brake booster was gone with in only one month. 1000.00 and I was told all my brake pads had only 2mm left on the and the left front the worst and in need of a rotor because it was grooved . after that I was worried about all the other maintenance related items that were on that 150 point checklist. I noticed that there was no transmission dip stick. It has to be checked from under the car . the car had 75,000 on it , and I had gotten an extended warranty , from another co. And I was afraid that if something happened the the transmission they would deny saying I didn't keep up the maintenance. So I toke it in and when I picked it up the mechanic said it was very dirty and has never been changed. Another lie from there check list. So with in a few months a master brake booster $1000, a complete brake job rotors, pads labor, $800, a transmission flush and filter $380 all things on there list that are checked ( ROAD READY)?????? NOT SO MUCH they are ripoff stay clear of this hassle . wish I would have read the comments, and complaints on this rip off dealership. I hope the CT motor vehicle inspection unit looks into there clam that they inspect and replace all safety components in there ROAD READY. Buyers beware D.Drake Sr More
Buyers Beware! !! Deceptive advertising. They can make anything look good in pictures taken from a distance away in artificial light. We drove 6 hours for a car that !! Deceptive advertising. They can make anything look good in pictures taken from a distance away in artificial light. We drove 6 hours for a car that in their words in the description they posted was FLAWLESS. This car was anything but flawless. Sure in the pic you cant see all the scratches and fading paint. But we specifically asked the salesman if there would be any surprises and he assured us it was perfect. We got to the dealership and there are scratches and faded paint and bubbles in the vinyl top, is this your idea of FLAWLESS? As a side note they are asking $7000 over comparable vehicles. We offered them $1000 less then what they were asking for this grossly overpriced Honda, Bill the manager laughed and said it was one of 3 in the country with comparable miles and he was not willing to budge. He mislead and misrepresented the vehicle and he has the nerve in a Google review to question me. Used car dealerships have earned their reputations for just this slimy process of misleading customers. Forwarned to stay away from this shady operation and deal with someone else. Again read the complaints against this company with the Better Business Bureau.I wish I had I would never have gone there! More
