Terrible experience By far one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. Called them in advance to tell about a truck I was interested in and told them where I By far one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. Called them in advance to tell about a truck I was interested in and told them where I was coming from. They knew I was traveling an hour plus to get to the dealership, and when I got there had to wait almost 30 minutes for the car to be serviced because the battery was dead and on top of that the truck had been sitting for so long that the emergency brake was stuck in position. As if my time was not valuable and had all day to sit around. Not to mention a bulging tire that is a serious safety hazard. Took us on a test drive that was no longer then a mile, while refusing to let me drive it on the highway for "safety reasons". This is serious investment I was making and was not even allowed to see the trucks condition while driving at high way speeds. When we finally get to table to talk about numbers the sales manager tells me that he is not willing to negotiate price what so ever, and refused to further discuss it. Not once in my entire life have I been to a used car dealership that was absolutely not willing to discuss price at all, especially for a 10+ year old Toyota Tacoma that was falsely advertised as having a TRD package, which it did not have. Shocks me that this dealership has business, if this is how they treat willing customers. Overall terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone. Complete waste of time. More
