Professional, clean 50s themed dealership. Everyone working here gave good vibes and was easy to work with. As a first time car buyer at 19, they made this experience smooth and fresh. Just bought a 2017 Chevy Impala. from start to finish the process was so easy. Dean was great with showing us exactly what we were look for. Just got off the phone from Ron to resolve my concerns with him and he literally call me a liar. Wow! He did not acknowledge the rust that is clearly visible. I acknowledged that the rust had not eaten with him and he literally call me a liar. Wow! He did not acknowledge the rust that is clearly visible. I acknowledged that the rust had not eaten through any parts but that it was clearly evident. He said when you buy a car from New England you expect allot of rust. Well, I'd suggest to others to buy your used cars elsewhere. I've never complained about the service during the process of buying the car. The sales person, Chris, was great. But Ron had the audacity to say how that service was a reason for me not to complain. All I can say is that when an owner of a car dealership yells at you over the phone and calls you a liar its a sign of unprofessionalism. So beware. I'd suggest you drive by and look for another dealer. More
