Theres a reason why the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU is first when you look them up my sales person RYAN who is "the best 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Absolutely horrible. Theres a reason why the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU is first when you look them up my sales person RYAN who is "the best sales person the store has" showed me a car that I really liked. During the showing he kept showing us pictures (unprompted) of his daughter and her Instagram gymnastics? Then he proceed to show us a video of a guy climbing rocks at a casino? Anyway I put money down on the car, went through the whole process. Before I put more money down I did ask him questions via text that he kept dodging and not responding to. When we went in the next time he joked about how he wrote out the message but didn't send it. That i probably hate him. What sales person does that? So I get a loan for the car and set up the insurance and the last piece is just to get the keys in my possession and then my bank will send the payment. Road Ready refused to do that, and instead decided to be petty and decline the sale and refund my down-payment. All because I was trying to get my proof of address to my bank without their help. They also seemed to believe I would take the keys and run basically, even though i was calling my bank to let them know I have the possession when I get the keys. During this time, my bank kept repeating to me that I own the car, all the paperwork is filled out, contracts signed, all I have to do is get the keys and let them know its in my possession and they will send the payment. Road ready decided to try and get me to tell my bank capital one that I had possession of the vehicle even though I didn't about 10 hours before I would arrive. I refused of course but they were really pressuring me to do this. I understand you guys want your payment but everyone you spoke to said YOU GUYS WERE WRONG, THE ONLY STEP LEFT WAS POSESSION AND THEN THE BANK SENDS PAYMENT. My bank was so confused to hear about a car dealership acting this way, especially one that promoted the use of Capital One. I went into pick it up, Ryan was getting reamed at by someone who looked like the owner. He slipped me a post it with my bank info to let them know I have the car in my possession even though they never gave me the keys. A few minutes later we get pulled into the office and my money is returned to me. (Why even give me a post it note with the bank info to tell them I have the car if this was the plan all along??) So the manager is going on and on about how "its been too long" meanwhile we just got my new address information cleared and the bank has BEEN ready to pay them. TL;DR: Road ready is sus and gets butt hurt when you try to work with your bank and will refuse to give you your car even though the bank is saying for them to get paid they need to release it. Do not trust them, they are very shady about actually giving you possession of the vehicle after you've already paid for it. Theyll recommend you lie and will not keep their word. They have a red flag now, and deserve it due to their shady tactics. Who tells someone to lie to the bank about having a vehicle when they don't even have it? Shady. Also signing contracts doesn't matter with them if you try to follow up on a situation involving yourself. More
