Last month I bought my wife the car she had as a teenager and surprised her with it. The sales team was good, and the finance manager, Amanda was great! Car had a few issues with it that I noted during the t and surprised her with it. The sales team was good, and the finance manager, Amanda was great! Car had a few issues with it that I noted during the test drive, and the owner agreed to have them fixed prior to picking up the car. On the way home I noticed that one of the issues wasn’t resolved, and I didn’t want to wait on surprising the wife. Called the dealership when I got home and the Owner scheduled a service appointment to make good on fixing the issue. I brought the car back and they made good on fixing the car. Great overall experience. Thank you. More

By Monday I received a call from a sales person who was going to send photos of the vehicle and get me a price, as the car had just come in on trade and has to go through the shop. After some back and fourth and a few days later I had yet to get photos or an email about it so checked back in and spoke to 3 different sales people and a manager who all said 3 different things. After finally calling back I managed to get photos of the car and told them I was definitely interested, After some back and forth with that, I was finally told they had a price of $8,000 I literally started to laugh as this car has 164,000 miles and is the less desirable 4 door sedan. I explained to them there is a Daytona edition with 92,000 miles selling for $8700. After punching the information into kbb and nada the average price is $1800-$2000. I made them a cash offer of $3000, then was told add $700 for a "doc fee" I explained to them all I needed was a bill of sale as Vermont doesn't require a title. After being told the offer was going to be presented to the owner I was told I'd get a call by the end of the day. As I expressed to them that I would have to drive from vermont to their dealership, which is four hours away, I was trying to plan for my weekend if I was going to purchase the vehicle. After calling them back, I spoke to the general manager who proceeded to tell me they didn't even have a price on the car. They weren't sure what they were going to sell it for and that my offer was way too low, basically saying I've called every day about it, And as I stated to him that i'm a cash buyer, I was ready to buy and being a dealership they should be on top of that. He went on to tell me they deal with tire kickers all the time and people that don't have money which seemed a little insulting. He basically in a nice way said they're not selling the car too me and he'd dictate what the price was going to be. As I explained that this isn't a "collector car" and they would probably sit on it for quite a While. He said that they didn't care that they've had cars that will sit on the lot for well over a year to 2 years. Just overall, a really waste of time. I don't recommend anybody do business with this company, as they definitely don't have their $hit together. -------‐----------- More
